Briar Chapel Commercial Center Project: The Veranda Now Open – 100% leased

Phase I of Briar Chapel’s Commercial Center is being developed by Montgomery. Montgomery is handling the development leasing and construction of the first 4 buildings to be built. The ownership is a group of investors that have worked closely on numerous successful projects in the past now formed as Eco BC, LLC.

Montgomery is proud to be working with Newland Development Company, the master developer of the Briar Chapel Community on this exciting vibrant Phase I of three concluding in 2019.

Phase I offers a mix of 4 different eateries all with large outdoor dining areas and outdoor fireplaces, a performance stage and a variety of new concepts from the areas cutting edge restaurateurs. New concepts are by John Cappelletti of Capp’s APizza, Brendon and Leslie Cox of Oakleaf Restaurant in Pittsboro, David Sedeghi formerly of Ruth’s Chris, now the owner of Bolt in Raleigh, Town Hall Grill in Chapel Hill and Town Hall Burger & Beer in Durham, and Andy Pignatora introducing a coffee cafe and biking concept that has been successful in various parts of the U.S.
