AIA General Contractor Qualification

Introduction…

As a Commercial General Contractor building restaurants, retail stores and various special projects, Montgomery covers most of the country and is both Union and Non Union.  We have been in business for 22 years and are active members of both the RCA and ICSC. 

Our AIA 305 Marketing Qualifications are available to potential and current clients for viewing &/or downloading.  This includes job registers for the past 3+ years and a list of references, our current Financial Statement, bonding letter, client references and brochures displaying a selection o≠f our completed work.  To access this information, simply complete the registration page and a logon/password will be sent to you.  If you prefer a hard copy sent via USPS Priority Mail, please email bkurtz@montgomerydevelopment.com, and supply your company/contact information and mailing address.
